Well could you fix the crashing because it crashes at the end of my game and I get mad

App keeps pausing during shooting and then crashes after time is up!

As a life long hooper, I think the Wilson X is one of the coolest things to ever be invented. I know why sales probably havent taken off though. Believe me, all they guys I regularly play with would buy their own... but I wont show my ball to them. I know they will want to shoot with it and if they do, it will mess up my lifetime stats. If it was easier to toggle between accounts or profiles without screwing up my hard earned stats, Id be showing it off to everyone. Also, simple things would allow me to share my accomplishments, and the ball, more easily. There is a lifetime stats page that says Ive shot 50% from the 3-pt line, but it doesnt say how many 3s Ive taken. It could be I made 1 of 2 shots, when it is probably 1,500+ 3-pt attempts. Context is everything. I can swipe to the next screen, but it only shows how many free throws and field goals Ive taken. Id have to do a bunch of math using stats from different screens to figure out how many threes Ive taken and made. It is too much of a hassle and by the way Im a Data Scientist by profession and I dont even bother. This morning I was fired up to share my stats from my shoot around. When I couldnt just post a screenshot without explaining a bunch of math, I scrapped the attempt. All it takes is adding the number of attempts to the same screen as the percentage. These simple fixes could really boost sales because Wilson X would get incredible word of mouth advertising. As it stands now, hardly any of my friends know such a ball exists or that I have one and love it. Kind of a shame.

I got the chance to beta test the ball and really liked it. Couldnt tell there was a sensor in the ball when shooting or dribbling and the tracking was really accurate. Buzzer beater and game time modes were fun but I mostly played the training modules. Would recommend for anyone serious about their basketball.

This is a game changer! Very user friendly app which offers a great variety with 4 game modes. Sharing your achievements is a great way to talk smack amongst friends. I love the fact that athletes can finally feel that pressure of the 3...2...1 countdown in the buzzer beater game mode. Spectacular!!!!

I had the chance to use this extensively in beta testing and its pretty awesome. Im an older gym rat who still lives getting into the gym with headphones and shooting on a regular basis. I found the positive feedback after a make and the negative after a miss very motivating. I was able to listen to tunes and still hear the in-game audio prompts. When I was done, I had real stats to look at rather than just thinking I had a good or bad day. Better yet, I had something to shoot for the next day. For me, the games BuzzerBeater and GameTime were fun, but I just loved the pure shooting drills I put myself through in FreeRange. If you have a kid thats a baller, theyre going to love this and theyre going to use it a LOT.

Do u need the basketball to connect to the app or can I use a different basketball?

What a cool new app from Wilson! If youre into hoops, youve gotta have this. You can play against yourself in the driveway or against anyone in the world.

Love the buzzer beater game

This is the best tool I have ever seen to improve shooting. And it is fun also!

Works remarkably well for distance and shooting percentage. The game modes were extremely fun and challenging. You do need to purchase the ball, but worth it for the added information to a round of shooting and game modes. Great motivation for kids to get out and play.

This is a truly revolutionary product that is helped my shot percentages by making me more aware of my makes and misses. Highly recommended for anyone that is serious about getting better. Does require the purchase of their WilsonX ball. Definitely worth it!!

Tried this out and was super impressed. I thought for sure you would need to attach a thingy to the hoop in order for it to track shots but you dont. I shot on three different baskets at the gym and it worked on all. Very cool. I would have given a 5 but it took awhile to log in and my profile is not right, minor problem.

This product is awesome! The ball feels just like a normal basketball, and the app lets you keep up with your makes/misses and distances too. The training modes are cool, but the Buzzer Beater game is freaking tough. Getting a high time on advanced has to be impossible. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable technology that can really get the most out of your childs shooting session. Makes them focus more because shots are being tracked. Games are a lot of fun and makes him stay out and shoot longer.

Just opened the Wilson X Basketball, downloaded the App at the court and I was instantly addicted. Buzzer Beater is awesome and I cant wait to get one for my brother who lives across the country so we can compare stats and trash talk. App is super seamless.

As a former player and coach I use to use the The Gun everyday to get shots up and track my progress. It was a pain setting that thing up. Now with the Wilson X all you need is the ball and your phone. Set up is quick and easy so you can get right to work.
